Terms of Carriage

These Terms of Carriage ("Terms") govern all chauffeured transportation services provided by Velocita Luxury Chauffeur, operated by Garg Enterprises LLC ("Velocita"). By booking a reservation, you ("Passenger") agree to these Terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: cancel at no charge when notice is received 12 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellation: cancellations received less than 12 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the quoted fare.
- No-show: if the Passenger fails to appear at the pickup location, the full fare is charged.
2. Complimentary Wait Time
- International arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the flight's actual landing time.
- Domestic arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the flight's actual landing time.
- All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
- After the complimentary period, wait time is billed at $1.00 per minute.
3. Passenger Conduct & Cleaning Fees
Passengers must behave lawfully and respectfully toward the chauffeur, the vehicle, and other occupants. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited in all Velocita vehicles. Open alcoholic containers are not permitted except where lawful and approved in advance.
Any spill, stain, soiling, vomiting, or damage caused by the Passenger or members of their party will incur a cleaning or repair fee of up to $350, charged to the payment method on file. Velocita reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or abusive behavior; no refund is owed in such cases.
4. Vehicles, Delays & Substitutions
We make every effort to provide the requested vehicle on time. In the event of mechanical issues, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle. Velocita is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, road closures, airport security, or air-traffic events.
5. Lost & Found
Velocita is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property at the Passenger's expense for shipping.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocita's total liability arising out of or related to any reservation is limited to the amount actually paid by the Passenger for that reservation. Velocita is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed flights, missed connections, or missed events. Velocita maintains commercial auto-liability insurance as required by California law.
7. Payment
A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm every reservation. Final charges include the fare, applicable wait time, tolls, parking, gratuity (if not already included), and any cleaning or damage fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
